To continue the great journey in exploring What To Eat at NagaWorld Integrated Resort, today I’m going to introduce another worth the value restaurant to dine – Hall Of Golden Chimes.

Located at Level 5 of the new Naga2, Hall of Golden Chimes is as Award Winning Luxury Restaurant offering wide selection of Dim Sum and authentic Cantonese delights whereby you can enjoy an amazing Hun Sen Park and Mekong River view while having mouth-watering Chinese cuisine. 

Hall of Golden Chimes is also popular for its ala carte Dim Sum buffet wide selection of Dim Sum to choose from the menu, ranging from steamed to stir fried, braised to deep fried and many more.

Steamed Dim Sum

Hall Of Golden Chimes Prawn Dumplings – fresh and juicy prawn wrapped with translucent – one of the most popular items ordered.

Steamed Minced Pork Dumplings – thin skin, rich flavored broth and tender pork filling is one of my favorite Dim Sum of all time. 

Steamed Pork And Crab Roe Dumpling – topped with delicious caviar, which elevates the dumpling with a nutty and briny taste to create a mouth-watering delight. What I can say is – simple yet super delicious!!!

Baked & Fried Item

Pan Fried Mixed Mushroom Buns – the perfectly pan-fried buns wrapped with mix mushrooms – crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside.

BBQ Char Siu Pork And Roast Duck Combo – the tender, juicy, moist, and a little fatty pork belly (Char Siu Pork) served together with succulent and crispy skin duck. You can paired with rice, noodles or eaten on its own!!!!!

Seasonal Vegetables With Garlic In Superior Stock – fresh seasonal vegetables stir fried with mixed mushrooms, garlic and goji berries. Simple and delicious.

Crispy Pandan Swan Puffs – pretty, golden crispy swan filled with rich and creamy pandan pastry cream frolicking in a dazzle of hot fudge. 

Seafood Soup With Crispy Rice – fresh scallops, fish and crab meat sitting on top of a bowl of creamy seafood soup together with crispy rice, spring onion, sesame and coriander. To be honest, I can finish this big bowl of Seafood Soup with Crispy Rice by my own *Highly Recommended*

Dessert

Herbal Jelly And Honey – distinct Chinese herbal taste of jelly mix so well with honey. A great dessert to have for reducing body heat!!!

Glutinous Rice Balls – unlike ordinary Fried Sesame Glutinous Rice Ball, these are the mouth-watering bursting egg yolk filling. One of the best that I’ve ever tried so far.
