In conjunction with Chinese New Year & Valentine’s Day this year being only a day apart, Federal Hotel Kuala Lumpur has created both menu items – Double Happiness 5-Course Set Dinner & Valentine’s Set Dinner.

Double Happiness 5-Course Set Dinner

Seafood Glass Noodle with Honey Plum Sauce – Kick off the set dinner with fiery spicy glass noodle and fresh juicy prawn. What a nice and great appetite waker!!!!

Double Boiled Chicken & Lotus Soup with Chinese Herbal – Light, yet full-bodied soup with mildly sweet and savory flavors will definitely calm and warm your tummy – can I ask for more please???

Oven Baked Rack of Lamb with Garlic Brown Sauce – Juicy and tender lamb served with fresh vegetables and benne potato. You can opt to eat on its own or with garlic brown sauce to enhance the flavor of the lamb – superb!!!

Grilled Salmon with Honey Light Soya – The fresh taste and mildly flavored meat that came straight out of the sea of salmon served with fresh vegetables and butter rice with mushroom enoki. If you’re salmon lover, this is a MUST ORDER dish that you couldn’t resist. It is even flavorful and yummy with honey light soya!!!

Nuttela Tartlet with Strawberry – Your meal wouldn’t be perfect without this sweet nuttela tartlet topped with loads of strawberry. 

Valentine’s Set Dinner

Carpaccion De Salmon – Smoked Salmon served with green salad and dill yogurt dressing. What a great appetizer to kick start your meal.

Suft & Turf – combination of lobster Thermidor and grilled chicken breast was something special, doused in wild mushroom sauce. The lobster is stuffed with wild mushroom – fresh and juicy.

Baked Tenderloin in Fillo Pastry with Mushroom Stuffing – you can get a chunk of tender tenderloin baked well underneath the crispy layer of filo pastry -  what a generous portion for those meat lover.

Passion Fruit Mousse with Berries – Light and creamy passion fruit mousse really ended the dinner well. I’m pretty sure you and your loves one will feel the love vibe after this nice dessert.

The Double Happiness 5-Course Set Dinner is priced at RM138nett per person while Valentine’s Set Dinner is priced at RM288nett per couple and is only available on the 14^th February 2018.
