Ru Di Fook Noodle Bar @ Kota Damansara, KL

Nowadays, when visit new restaurants or cafés, I always expecting a little different and exciting to tickle my taste buds. Ru Di Fook Noodle Bar is one of the must-try place which serve promising street food in Kota Damansara.

Since Ru Di Fook Noodle Bar is one of the must-try place, I decided to give it a shot with my pretty sister. For me, Ru Di Fook Noodle Bar has taken a very modern twist – both their interior and menu by seeping the Western café culture into a traditional Chinese restaurant.

Nice lighting + simple design….. What do you think??

Wantan Mee [RM15.80] – springy and toothsome textures of watan noodle comes with three fried wantans, 3 boiled wantans, onsen egg, kalian and kalian, tossed in Ru Di Fook’s signature white sauce. Can I have another bowl please??

Fortune Wantan [RM9.80/ 6 pcs] – we ordered another 6 pieces of crispy Wanton to share. These wantons were the same as the one served together with the Wantan Mee.

Ru Di Fook Roasted Pork [RM9.80] – this might have looked like ordinary Siew Yok, but I have to admit, the pork was tender and the skin was crisp. **P.S.: Best eaten dipped in Chinese Chili Saue and Sugar**

Kungfu Mushrooms [RM10.80] – deep fried shimeiji and oyster mushroom with lumps of plum aioli in between.

Overall Rating: 8/10. I liked their food in terms of taste and creativity. However, there’s rooms for improvement in some of their dishes. Ambiance wise, it was great.
