In
conjunction with Ramadan Season, recently I was invited by Pacific West for “Get-Together
Dinner & Buka Puasa Dinner” in collaboration with PC Studio.
PC Studio has
recently launched delightful and magnificent selection of Ramadan dishes.
We
started with some toothsome Ramadan bites where – Tempura Fish Cocktails Egg Mayo
Bites, Salt & Pepper Squids with Shredded Cucumber and Tempura Prawns Sala
Cup for the salad bar.
For this special
“Get-Together
Dinner & Buka Puasa Dinner” hosted by Pacific West, Chef Alwin Yeow of PC Studio has
created an exclusive 5-course meal in paired with Pacific West products.
Appetizer
Tomato
Bruschetta – oven baked baguette topped with cherry tomatoes &
balsamic vinaigrette.
Salad
Som
Tam Salad with Tempura Calamari Rings – traditional Thai green papaya
salad topped with Tempura Calamari Rings – refreshing and healthy.
Soup
Classic
Gazpacho – refreshing tomato cold soup – made entirely from vegetables
including tomato, chili, garlic and some canned tomato.
Mushroom
Soup – creamy & velvety mushroom hot soup – a ticket to warm the
soul with its rich mushroom taste and creamy texture. You can opt for this
mushroom soup if you do not want to go for the cold soup.
Mains
Oven
Baked Fish Fillet with Carb-Free Zoodle – oven baked fresh natural Alaskan Pollock White Fish Fillet with
cheesy topping served with vegan marinara zucchini noodle. Simply delicious and
amazing!!
Oven
Baked Fish Fillet with Flavored Rice – oven baked fresh natural Alaskan Pollock White Fish Fillet with
cheesy topping served with fragrant rice, raisins and cashew nuts. The fragrant
rice really paired so well with the fish fillet – can I have another bowl of
fragrant rice??
Desserts
Panna
Cotta – creamy and softly set pudding, topped with maple syrup and
strawberries. A great way to end your dinner with desserts.
Sago
Gula Melaka – raw vegan treat comprising of chia seeds in coconut milk,
topped with palm sugar syrup and fresh fruits. The gula Melaka mix so well with
the coconut milk and chia seed, simply mouth-watering and seriously I enjoy
this dessert very much.
